Multi-Family Estate Sale in Cottonwood Heights

- LIABILITY WAIVER: Visit this property at your own discretion. The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for any accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability.Please be careful.
-All Sales are FINAL. All items are sold AS-IS. No Warranties, Returns, or Exchanges. You must examine all items closely prior to purchasing. We do our best to test all electronics and inspect all items prior to tagging.
-We accept: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Cards ($10.00 minimum). A 3% surcharge fee will be added to all contactless transactions.
-Doors open at the published time, no early entries.
-Prices are not quoted via incoming messages.
-Be nice to thy fellow estate shopper. There will be no arm wrestling over the 1980’s Walkman (we know the nostalgia is a tough one to hold back).
-Buyer is responsible for removal of their purchased items, we are not able to assist or move customer purchases. Please plan accordingly to bring extra help with you and an appropriate vehicle to load heavy/bulky items.
-All item(s) must be picked up within the Estate Sale operating hours, or before 12:00 pm on the last day of the sale. Any item(s) left will be donated with no refund.
-The driveway is for pickup only. Please park on the street and be courteous to the neighbors. Don’t block driveways or park on the grass, or you could be towed.
