Jexters Estate Sale- St. James - 19-22 May 2022

SALES POLICY: There are no returns or exchanges. All items are sold as is with all faults, imperfections, omissions and errors. Neither Jexters Auctions nor the client is responsible for any errors or omissions in the description or photography provided. Verifying the condition and description of an item is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
TERMS OF SALE: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard. All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale.
REMOVAL/ABANDONED ITEMS: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at the time of purchase who then assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Purchased items not claimed by the end of day will be considered abandoned and any payments made on the items will be forfeited. All abandoned items will become the property of Jexters Auctions and will be donated, disposed of, or sold at the discretion of Jexters Auctions. All proceeds and profits collected from the sale of abandoned lots will belong solely to Jexters Auctions.
CHILDREN: All children must be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible to compensate the another buyer or Jexters Auctions for any property damaged by the child. Repeated negligence of children will preclude the parent or guardian from attending future sales.
NO PETS OR OTHER ANIMALS
INJURY AND DAMAGE: Buyers acknowledge they are fully responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by themselves or their agents and agrees to hold harmless Jexters Auctions and the client.
