PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) 1)We kindly ask that you do not haggle. We research and price our items to fair market value and ask that you respect that.
2)We will give you sold stickers to place on items you would like to purchase. Please only place sold stickers on items you are buying as you have now removed these items from the sale and the opportunity for other customers to purchase them.
3) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test in advance of purchasing the item.
4) Prices are not negotiable the first day, but items will be discounted over the course of the sale.
5) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale. Please bring your own help!
6) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police and you will no longer be allowed to shop our sales.
7) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
8). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it or give to a staff member.
9) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
10) Please do not bring food, open drinks or animals without permission into the house and do not leave your trash on the property. This is someone's home!
11) We do not presell or share pricing prior to our estate sales.
12) We do not honor any written sign-up lists. We hand out numbers that you can take to hold your place in line.
