Items begin closing at 11:00 am Sunday July 28th, 2019, a preview will be available from 4:00 to 5:00pm on Saturday June 27th. Auction pick-up times Sunday July 28th 2:00 to 7:00pm, Monday July 29th, 1:00 to 6:00pm and Wednesday August 1st 3:00-6:00pm.

Shipping will be available on select items, shipping is not free please contact us for shipping quote with destination zip code, all items ship from 84109. FYI shipping may cost more than the item won!

Coins and jewelry shipping is $3.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. For example 3 coin lots and one jewelry lot shipping will be $6.95. We only ship in the United States by USPS.

These are the only pick up times available, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made.Shipping is available on select items please contact us for cost. You may also arrange shipping or pick-up through a third party once items are paid in full.

All auctions have a soft close which means if a bid is received in the last 5 minutes it extends the tine on the auction by 5 minutes. Auctions begin closing at 11am and close every minute thereafter unless extended by a bid in the last 5 minutes. Auctions close in 30 second increments.

This is a proxy bid online auction, The software will automatically place a bid on your behalf for the lowest amount possible up to your maximum bid using an increment bidding system. This allows you to remain the highest bidder for the auction and your proxy bid will remain confidential.

Proxy bidding is allowing the system to automatically bid on your behalf up to your chosen maximum amount. A proxy bid is your Maximum bid - not your current bid.

When you place a bid, enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for that item. This amount will always be kept secret. Whenever someone else places a bid, our auction software will automatically enter the lowest possible bid for you, up to your maximum bid, until you are the winning bidder.

At the end of an auction, if you are the highest bidder, you are the winner. As the winner of the auction, you only pay the lowest possible winning bid, not necessarily your maximum bid.

Auction Terms & Conditions:

All of our items are sold "As Is". There are no written or implied guaranties. All of our items are sold "As is, Where is". The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders’ responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item at the bidders' expense.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent, and online payment options are available.

You can register to bid at estatesales.or, a valid payment form must be entered to register to bid!

This is a soft close auction, which means if a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes it will extend the time by five minutes.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

If you require shipping, please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.

Your bid constitutes acceptance of the terms, you are also agreeing to pay for and pick up items in the stated times.

Items not paid for by the stated dates will be forfeit, non-paying bidders will be blocked from bidding on all future auctions. Items will be relisted or sold at auctioneer’s discretion.

Shipping is a separate charge, shipping is available on select items only. BTeam will combine shipping on multiple items when possible. Shipping costs may exceed the cost of the item, please ask for a per item quote before bidding!
