All of our items are sold "As Is". There are no written or implied guaranties. All of our items are sold "Where is". The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.
A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment options are available.
Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.
If you require shipping please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.
Your bid constitutes acceptance of the terms, you are also agreeing to pay for and pick up items in the stated times.
Items not paid for by the stated dates will be forfeit, non paying bidders will be blocked from bidding on all future auction. Itemswill be relisted or sold at auctioneers discretion.

Great auction a combination of a few small estates, lots of collectables, rustic items, gear, tools, outdoor, furniture around 200+ lots!!! Low starting bids, shipping on most items is available.
Items begin closing at 11:00 am Sunday February 16th, 2020. Auction pick-up times Sunday February 16th 2:00 to 6:00pm, Monday February 3rd, 3:00 to 6:00pm and Wednesday February 5th 6th 3:00-5:00pm.
We DO NOT keep regular hours at our warehouse These are the only pick up time available if you bid please plan on picking up at these times!
Shipping will be available on select items, shipping is not free please contact us for shipping quote with destination zip code, all items ship from 84109. FYI shipping may cost more than the item won!

All auctions have a soft close which means if a bid is received in the last 5 minutes it extends the tine on the auction by 5 minutes. Auctions begin closing at 11am and close every minute thereafter unless extended by a bid in the last 5 minutes. Auctions close in 30 second increments.
