All of our items are sold "As Is". There are no written or implied guaranties. All of our items are sold "Where is". The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment options are available.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

If you require shipping please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.

Your bid constitutes acceptance of the terms, you are also agreeing to pay for and pick up items in the stated times.

We are jam packed with cool stuff and will be rolling the auctions out as fast and we can photograph the items, several estates combined to bring you all this great stuff. Bid now Bid often! Tell your friends!!!!

Great auction, a combination of a few small estates, lots of collectables, gear, tools, outdoor, some coins, jewelry, furniture, home decor, vintage toys, household items, around 300+ lots!!! Low starting bids, SHIPPING on most items is available.

Items begin closing at 11:00 am Sunday July 5, 2020. Auction pick-up times Sunday July 5th 3:00 to 6:00pm, Monday-Wednesday July 6, 7 & 8, 3:00 to 6:00pm, Please Sign up for a time at this website, include your invoice #.

COVID-19 Pick up Procedure: Items will be front door pick up only or shipping if available, all items must be paid for prior to scheduled pick up. Pick up times are in 10 minute increments please don't be late we are trying to stagger pick ups for our safety and yours. All items will be inside front door in our lobby area, there will be no loading help at this time. We will also arrange a curbside drop off for $25 and up. Only in the Salt Lake Valley.

Shipping will be available on select items, shipping is not free please contact us for shipping quote with destination zip code, all items ship from 84109. FYI shipping may cost more than the item won!

These are the only pick up times available, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made.Shipping is available on select items please contact us for cost. You may also arrange shipping or pick-up through a third party once items are paid in full. We do not automatically charge the card on file until close of business 3 days after the auction.

All auctions have a soft close which means if a bid is received in the last 5 minutes it extends the tine on the auction by 5 minutes. Auctions begin closing at 11am and close every minute thereafter unless extended by a bid in the last 5 minutes. Auctions close in 30 second increments.
