This is an in person sale, we will not be selling items by phone, text or online.
Please leave your shopping bags in your car, thank you.
Announcements on sale day take precedence over any written, advertised and prior verbal announcements.
Not responsible for accidents. No public restrooms. Please bring help to move furniture.
Sign Up: The official list goes out at 7:30 AM. Early birds may create a list to indicate their place in line, but those names must be transferred to the official list and all must be present at that time (you can't sign in at 6 am and leave--you can leave after you sign in at 7:30am.)
Payment: We accept cash, credit cards ($10 min, 3% fee), Venmo, Apple Pay. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected on all purchases, unless a valid resale certificate is presented.
Refunds and Returns: No refunds or returns. The majority of the items we sell are previously owned and all items sold as is, where is. All sales are final.
Moving Items: We are happy to recommend local area small job movers that you can call. Our workers will not be moving items for you. All items must be picked up by the end of the sale.
Pricing: We don't provide item pricing. As always, prices are fair and reasonable and are available on site.
