This is the FIRST weekend of a multi- weekend estate sale. EVERYTHING in the house is for sale including all the appliances, water heater, furnace, kitchen sink, lighting fixtures (buyers will be responsible for disconnecting and removal), copper pipes, etc. These will need to be picked up at the last sale in January.
