     This is a rather unique sale, to sell some spectacular furniture reproductions, framed late 19th to early 20th century paintings, plus a few other items.  Due to the limited number of items for sale, the sale times are also limited to Saturday, 26 August, from noon to 4pm. 

     The furniture includes an English Georgian-style mahogany secretary bookcase by Kindel, a Chippendale-style double tripod dining table plus 8 chairs, Chippendale-style breakfront china cabinet/bookcase, a Colonial Molyneux Georgian-style tall case clock (registration #840876),a magnificent mahogany highboy with flame finials by Statton, antique foldover top Dutch or English marquetry game table, nine pieces of cast metal patio furniture painted white.

     Paintings include a superb small mountain/brook scene, German genre and scene paintings by artists including A.R. Eaker, J.A. Plog, L. Schipper, Yeenit King, L. Lyons, Guszich.  You will also discover three antique miniature bird pair paintings on milkglass and framed bird prints by Basil Ede. 

     For the maritime collector, you will enjoy the quarter-round signal light by Perkins Marine Lamps of Brooklyn plus a miniature brass diving helmet on wood stand.   Other brass items are a pair of candlesticks with turned post and square base, fireplace fender and fireplace tools.

      There are two room-size rugs, one an "embassy size" center medallion style on ivory field, 141" x 222", the other a center medallion style on foliated field, 108" x 150".
