     We have agreed to do this sale because the items are in excellent condition and the apartment setup is most pleasant, including an enclosed veranda with beautiful view.  Our photos show nearly all of the items for sale.  So, although there is not much for sale this time, if you or anyone you know could use any of the items at our very fair prices, this is a buying opportunity.  If you are considering remodeling your kitchen, dining area, living room, or bathrooms, come to this sale in order to pick up redecorating ideas. 

     Most of the furniture is either black or very dark brown.  The tables have inset glass tops.  Color accents are the pillows or framed prints on the walls, most by Delacroix.  The owners have left some of their decorations for Christmas as well as Halloween/Thanksgiving for us to sell.  The veranda is the exception to the dark furniture because is offers light-color wicker with multicolored cushions. 

     The kitchen has a small rectangular table with two seats/benches.  The dining room has a tall round table surrounded by 4 tall side chairs on a round rug.  You will find a buffet there as well.  The very livable living room includes a large sofa and a large overstuffed chair, with the coffee table sitting on a Persian-style rug.  The entryway has a useful wall mirror overhanging a glass-top table with lamp and artificial orchid plant.   The bedroom has a king-size bed plus a dresser with alcove and an attachable mirror.  Note the tall and narrow display cabinet there. 

       While in the kitchen, note the almost new cookware and eating ware.  While in the living room note the Duraflame electric heater/artificial fireplace that really does heat up the room.  A flat screen TV plus stand is in one corner beneath another Delacroix.

       We have interviews this week by request to conduct sales for two new clients in November and December.  We are also planning already for our December showroom sale.  These sales will probably take us right up to Christmas week.
