* We reserve the right to check your items before you leave the sale.

* Large items must be picked up on or before the conclusion of the sale.
* Some sale require removal of shoes, shoe protectors will also be provided by the estate sale company.
* The client is still going through their items. Some items may be removed by homeowner prior to the sale.

No purses or bags allowed. Please keep your purse or backpack inside your car. Shopping baskets will be provided for you at the front door for shopping convenience. We do not release prices or information about an item prior to the sale. The sign up sheet will be put at the front door when the address is released.
