Terms & Conditions

Friday morning, in the lobby, we will hand out numbers at 11:30, and you have to be there in person to get a number. Friday admission will be by our number only until 1:00. After that, please form a quiet line outside the apartment. If someone starts a numbering system before 11:30, we will honor that system. You still have to be there at 11:30, though, to get one of our numbers.
Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
Bring your own muscle to move furniture - we don't have any!
Bags: Bring boxes and bags and load them up!
Payment: We love cash, checks are good. If you are buying more than $200, we will take MC & Visa with a 3% service fee.
