IMPORTANT!!!  This is a condo in a gated community and to avoid any issues with retrieving your items, please read pickup directions carefully.

For those who purchase furniture and larger items requiring use of the freight elevator, AFTER you receive your invoice, please call ezDownsizing attendant at: 703 347 3816 to schedule a coordinated pickup. Removal of larger items may be scheduled during available slots on March 14th and Saturday March 15th.  For all others, please adhere to your scheduled pick-up time on Saturday. You will go through the visitor gate and give your name to the gate guard. Once you go through the entrance, you will be facing the back of the buildings. Drive around to the front of the buildings to get to the main entrance. An ezDownsizing staff member will be in the lobby to permit you access and provide guidance.

We ask you please schedule a pick-up time to avoid waiting.  You may schedule a pickup by going into My Account > Invoices > Schedule Pickup Appointment.  

Shipping is available for smaller items.  Items that will fit into a USPS flat rate shipping box will ship in-house.  Larger / more complicated items will be shipped via professional shipper.  There is a minimum $20.00 handling fee per box, plus actual shipping charges. 

All items purchased must be removed or the bidder will be subject to a disposal / removal fee of not less than $25.00. Pickups must be completed within the timeframe permitted.
