Thank you so much for your interest in our estate sale—we’re excited to welcome you! To help make the experience enjoyable and smooth for everyone, we kindly ask that you leave all purses, bags, and backpacks in your car or at home. You’re welcome to bring your wallet, and we’ll have shopping bags available for your purchases.

IMPORTANT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Parking is available within the Watergate at Landmark community. When entering the community be sure to enter using the "Visitors" lane. When you approach the security station, please state that you are attending an estate sale in Building 2, Unit 823. After passing through the security gate go to the stop sign and turn left. After turning left, Building 2 will be the one in front of you. We will also have "Estate Sale" signs placed for you to follow to the proper building. Please be sure not to park in any of the "RESERVED" parking spaces. One of JP's team members will greet you at the entrance of Building of 2 and direct you to the elevators to the 8th floor where you can then proceed to Unit 823.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Venmo. All sales are final, so we encourage you to inspect all items carefully before making a purchase. Please note that anything with a “Sold” sticker or placed on the “Sold” shelf is considered sold and no longer available. All purchased items must be picked up by Sunday, August 3, 2025, by 5 PM; however, we understand that some larger items may require additional time. If you need help arranging a pickup, just speak with one of our team members—we’re happy to help. All purchases will include any applicable sales tax in the final total.
