General Rules:

This is an in person sale, we will not be selling items by phone, text or online.

Please leave your shopping bags outside, thank you.

Announcements on sale day take precedence over any written, advertised and prior verbal announcements.

Not responsible for accidents. No public restrooms. Please bring help to move furniture.

Sale hours: Saturday 8:30-3, and Sunday 9-2, unless otherwise advertised.

Sign Up: Access is first-come, first-served in order that people arrive and line up to enter. List will be on front steps at 7am sale days, that is the only list we will honor.

Payment: Credit card (Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX) or debit card purchases - 3% charge. Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay payment also available.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected on all purchases, unless a valid resale certificate is presented.

Refunds and Returns: No refunds or returns. The majority of the items we sell are previously owned and all items sold as is, where is. All sales are final.

Moving Items: We are happy to recommend local area small job movers that you can call. Our workers will not be moving items for you.

Pricing: We don't provide item pricing. As always, prices are fair and reasonable and are available on site.

We are offering a select number of early shopping slots for those interested in crafts. We will not be selling any other items during this time.

The sign-up link below will take you to available slots for Thursday and Friday. You will ahve access to go through and buy craft items for one hour without the crowds. One slot per shopper. Thank you.
