     This is another one of our "shoes off" sales.  You may either remove your shoes upon entering or put on paper shoe covers that we will provide. This is because the floors have just been refinished and the downstairs has brand new wall-to-wall carpeting. 
      This will be an EXCEPTIONAL sale in many ways, including the splendid view down the hill behind the house overlooking the pool, as well as for high quality items.  We have one Tiffany Favrile bowl, one Daum vase, one Nancy glass vase, FINE jewelry (gold, diamonds, precious stones), several pieces of late 18th to 19th century antique furniture including huge British sideboard, American walnut table, side chairs, English chest-on-chest.  In addition to these, you will enjoy the FINE reproduction furniture including SUPERFINE Hepplewhite table and chairs, early American-style dropfront desk and chest of drawers, 4-poster double bed, birdcage table. 
     Among smaller items are much sterling silver, collection of American pottery, English early 20th century ceramics, figurines (Hummels, Lladro, but also Staffordshire), cut crystal, foreign coins.  The house is filled with early 20th century Persian carpets, Chinese Aubusson, and modern rugs.  You will find many framed engravings/etchings/prints.  Particularly good art includes Emile Mayer watercolor, Max Bouvet painting of people in a boat @ $3,200, Louis Japy bovine painting @ $5,200, Altman park scene, McLeary. 
     We are unpacking many boxes left behind by the owners.  We found "Indian Tree" dinnerware and many books (nothing special) to reshelve in the huge library/family room.  You will also find tansus there. The huge home office has a cherry-color 9' work desk/table, bookcases, file cabinets.  The kitchen has a maple-color table and 4 captain's chairs.  The 2-car garage allows us space to bring in tables to load up with small items.
