     You will find this a most interesting sale because of the very diverse items offered and because the house is already under renovation.  The upstairs kitchen is going to be remodeled, so the dark oak kitchen cabinets are for sale as are the refrigerator and stove in the downstairs kitchen (there are 2 kitchens).  The view out the back into the trees and down onto the large patio is amazing.  The 3-tier water fountain there is for sale and the patio is quite amply supplied with white lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, HUGE heavy urns, large multi-tiered plant stand, also enormous ceramic planters, some with live plants/trees.  Take time to walk around the front yard and look for the cement puppy digging a hole near a tree, the many bird baths, angels/cherubs.  They are all for sale.

     Upon entering the living room, the view out the back through floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall windows will take your breath away.  Then you can pay attention to the items for sale there including figurines, glass, Asian bowls, cloisonne, 2 upholstered armchairs with matching ottomans, library table, sewing cabinet, umbrella stand.  On the floor to the right of the sofa is a huge metal "sunburst" mirror.  Hiding in the corner, you will discover a secretary bookcase, chair, and more captivating small items.  The adjacent room has been filled with items including a model train table (sorry, no train) with some track, old trunks, headboard, pair of miniature bentwood lawn chairs.

      Count the number of large Chinese stone flower/leaf shrubs throughout the house.  We have never seen so many in a private home.  Also count the assortment of framed items hanging on the walls, including hunt prints, fruit prints, Asian themes, locomotive prints.  The downstairs hall is a veritable art gallery.  Going into the big room there you may espy the wood dollhouse on the floor beside a nice table and beside a larger display cabinet.  Hitchcock furniture plus a mahogany dropleaf table are at the other end of this large room.  Look along the shelves for pottery and knicknacks. 

       Yet another large room downstairs, giving out onto the patio, is furnished with rattan, 2 large rugs, a collection of steins, and 2 large African wood figure carvings.  Continuing toward the bar (which is for sale along with the bar chairs), then looking left, you will find a vintage hanging light fixture with multiple white light spheres, also a large desk, and a period stereo console along with 200+ LPs. 

       The huge butcher block table is in the upstairs kitchen -- a rarity these days.  Also rare is the 3-masted sailing ship model in the master bedroom.  In that room you will find fine lady's cashmere sweaters, embroidered pillows, perfumesand FINE women's clothing:  Gioraghoni, Lacledes of Memphis. 

      Let us know when and where you discover the small safe that is for sale. The large garage holds many garden tools, more patio furniture, metal shelves, plus assorted hardware.  In case you have decided to use a large TV armoire to put your flat screen TV in, it is waiting for you at this sale.  You will certainly find many items at this sale that you don't need but simply have to have, so come enjoy.
