Spectacular Private Home Estate Sale!
This Estate contains many decades of items.
We accept cash, checks & credit cards (photo ID required). Credit card purchases require a $50 minimum total purchase and will include sales tax & a 3% convenience fee.
Plenty of street parking. Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways.
No- Large Bags- Leave Bags in vehicles. We reserve the right to inspect All Bags, Purses, and Persons.
Security cameras are in place. Beware Anyone stealing, the tape will be turned over to local police and we will prosecute you .
Dominion Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents or injury to persons or vehicles.
Items are sold as is, where is. No returns. Please inspect items before purchase.

We do not provide assistance to move items, per our insurance coverage. PLEASE BRING ASSISTANCE TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS. If you need to arrange assistance, remember that all purchased items MUST be removed by the last day of the sale.

For the first day of the sale a sign-up entry sheet list will be posted on the front door 24 Hrs before this sale starts.
The first 16 people on the sheet will receive tickets for free entry.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not respectful of the process.
FRIDAY ONLY at 10:45 AM Free entry tickets will be handed out in order of the sign up sheet, This is for crowd control only.
We will do our best to get everyone else inside in an orderly manner asap.
