*We are unable to do returns or exchanges. So, please, try it on, turn it on and check the internet for its value.
*All items must be picked up by the end of the sale.
*Shoplifters will be prosecuted when caught.
*If you open a boxed item, PLEASE put the item back into the box.
*If possible, leave the kids at home, otherwise please watch them and don’t let them run through house unsupervised.
*No public Bathrooms available.

ALL ITEMS (Including boutique items) ARE DISCOUNTED 50% on Saturday AND 60-75% on SUNDAY.
PLEASE WEAR MASKS AND GLOVES!
ONLY 15 PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED INTO SALE AT ONE TIME.
SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE PRACTICED.
NO ACCESS TO REST ROOM (BUT THERE ARE THREE DELIS NEARBY).
This first sale will feature four estates:
All of these items have never been shown except for the items from March estate sale which many of you were unable to attend.
- The first estate is from our East Windsor Avenue sale and features carved items and artifacts from all over the world; tools; books; clothes; dolls and toys.
- The second estate is from a Waynewood home and features a nice selection of vintage toys; vintage Christmas ornaments; vintage linens; vintage kitchen utensils; tools; stereo equipment; double metal locker; furniture; and more!
- The third estate is also from a Waynewood home; the owner who was a Brigadier General and active in the horse field. Items include polo sticks; horse blankets; riding pants and gear; Army jacket and hat; plaques and badges; record albums (some water damage); tools; furniture; and vintage linens.
- Finally, we have an estate of a person who liked to shop. As such, this estate includes over 50 appliances still in their original boxes. This estate also features vintage toys; Redskins clothes and memorabilia; Virginia Tech clothes and memorabilia; tools and furniture.
- An added bonus is a collection of Coca-Cola items from all over the world and two Lladro pieces, a small selection of jewelry and some other fun items.
There will also be a discount section which will be featured in all of the off-site sales.
The boutique area will feature seasonal items and will turn over seasonally unlike the rest of the warehouse which will turn over every month.
