1. Introduction
Welcome to Cardinal Auction Services, LLC. By accessing our website, mobile application, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

To register and participate in our auctions, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and be able to form legally binding contracts.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Auction Process
4.1 Each auction will be governed by specific rules posted in relation to that auction. All auction items are “as is” and no refunds will be issued for failure to thoroughly inspect items for use and condition. Please contact us for any clarifications or with any questions, and attend preview if you are able.
4.2 The winning bidder is obligated to complete the transaction. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as account suspension or legal action.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 We have no hidden fees of any kind. We charge a 15% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax. By bidding, you agree to pay these fees. Please provide tax exemption status documentation within your bidder profile.
5.2 Payments must be made by the methods approved and listed on our platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from:

9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cardinal Auction Services, LLC. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Henrico County, Virginia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or the services provided by Cardinal Auction Services, LLC. shall be handled through arbitration under the rules of American Arbitration Association in Henrico County, Virginia.
12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Cardinal Auction Services, LLC. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and Conditions and agreement to abide and be bound by them.

Antique American stoneware and pottery anchor this sale, with a deep run of 19th century Southern and Virginia pieces: Chandler caramel-glaze and spouted jugs with Albany slip, a cobalt-decorated David Parr crock from the James River valley, a western Virginia salt-glazed crock, a Southern alkaline-glazed bean pot, Lancaster PA redware, Rowe Pottery cobalt-decorated pitchers, Kale's blue swirl, and Watt yellowware mixing bowls. Alongside them, hand-hewn maple treenware and butter paddles with central Virginia provenance, an Arbuckle & Co. dovetailed candy box, and a French copper beating bowl.
Antique furniture includes an American Empire mahogany secretary bookcase, an Eastlake Victorian walnut bed, an American Empire five-drawer chest with spiral-carved columns, a pine stepback hutch, a slant-top clerk's desk, a set of six bow-back Windsor chairs, a tilt-top games table with inlaid checkerboard, and drop-leaf and Queen Anne style side tables. Also eight clocks to include Gilbert gothic beehive and tambour mantel clocks, a Victorian oak gingerbread clock with A.C. Krebs label, a Schatz anniversary clock and a Westclox figural novelty clock; hand-woven and hand-knotted rugs to include a signed Persian 12' x 9' and a Karaja/Heriz; and hand-stitched quilts.
Glass, china and silver feature an eight-piece run of Wedgwood blue Jasperware, Waterford "Colleen" and cut crystal decanters, a Kralik Czech Art Deco cranberry cut-to-clear decanter, Murano Fratelli Toso art glass, Royal Bonn Art Nouveau lamps, a Victorian cranberry oil lamp, Mikasa Intaglio "Arabella" service for eight, Noritake lusterware, Japanese Geisha ware, sterling flatware and a weighted sterling compote, and an 1847 Rogers Bros. "Eternally Yours" set in chest.
Collectibles run to Civil War dug relics from Saylor's Creek battlefield and farm, an antique bayonet, powder horn and leather US ammo pouch, a tramp art carved walnut eagle, a Peruvian brass tumi wall hanging, vintage advertising and character dolls including Aunt Sarah and Big Boy, a Kenner Star Wars Darth Vader case, Marx and Nylint toy vehicles, antique automobile steering wheels, cast iron sad irons, galvanized farm ware, glass marbles with shooters, and a Bob Dylan 1966 Mosque concert poster with sealed 2LP.
