* All items must be removed the day of the sale.  Blue Ribbon Auction Services will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items.
* Valid photo ID required for registration.
* The majority of our items will sell with no reserve; however, there are times that a reserve may be necessary.  Blue Ribbon Auction Services will notify bidders before the item is auctioned if a reserve has been placed on an item.
* $50 returned check fee.
* All items sold as is/where is - no warranty expressed or implied.
* Blue Ribbon Auction Services reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days.
