NOTE: There is limited parking available - DO NOT PARK ON SIDE ROAD, as there is a bad curve and parking is dangerous in that spot.  There is room for about 10 vehicles in the drive.  Please use caution when parking and watch for traffic.

* No buyer's premium
* Payment accepted in the form of cash, check, cashier's check, Mastercard or Visa. 
* Sales tax is collected on all sales, unless you have a valid reseller's ID on file.
* All items must be removed the day of the sale.  Blue Ribbon Auction Services will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items.
* $50 returned check fee.
* All items sold as is/where is - no warranty expressed or implied.
* Blue Ribbon Auction Services reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days.
