Estate sale with vintage collectibles, furniture, toys, and much more

Estate Sale with multiple generations of family items. All in house is for sale except admin items near door. Items for sale include (if prices not listed here they are likely on pictures):

Furniture:

• Three sets of beautiful, well maintained (recently repainted with rustoleum) outdoor wrought iron furniture. Two with glass tops. Zero imperfections on any of them. 
• Two corner china buffets, a side buffet and a large dining room table with eight chairs. 
• Beautiful vintage sofa. 
• One vintage red and white ceramic farmhouse table.   
• Link Taylor solid cherry 5-piece full size bed set. 
• Georgetown Galleries 3-piece ensemble with dresser, nightstand, and sitting desk.
• One very nice set of modern, wrought iron outdoor furniture. 
• vintage 80s couch and loveseat combo highlighted in New York fashion magazine (some damage to couch cushion, all else in perfect condition). 
• tiki bar and three chairs made of ratan/bamboo (I'm not 100% sure, see pictures) SOLD
• Ratan furniture set (needs a bit of TLC and new cushions--or refinishing existing cushions--$700). 
• Queen size solid wood sleigh bed. 
• Multiple sets bookshelves and office furniture (see pictures). 
• Modern style TV stand and side console.
• Two different sets of two vintage sitting chairs. 
• Multiple vintage, wooden coffee and end tables and one vintage desk.  
• Vintage brass claw leg and mahogany side table. 
• Multiple vintage drop leaf tables. 
• Vintage wrought iron and fabric cushion bench.
• Multiple vintage dressers. 
• One small, space saving piano. 
• Grandfather (or Grandmother, not sure) clock. Poor condition. Has all original parts and priced for the fact that it needs to be renovated. 
• Two separate sets of vintage card tables with four chairs.
• Two separate vintage high chairs with trays for feeding toddlers. 
• One vintage toddler playpen.
• Multiple other small/accent furniture items. Most vintage.  
• Multiple lamps. All vintage.
• One vintage mirror. The one in the picture.  
• Three sets of modern, utility shelving from Honey can do. $40, $40 and $50 respectively.  

Vintage kitchen and other items:

• Four sets of vintage china: (1)- 160+ piece epiag Czechoslovakian china set with at least 14 place settings (20+ dinner plates), multiple serving platters, etc; (2)- vintage, hand painted tea set from Japan with around 8 place settings, very elegant; (3)- Wedgewood "Conway" china set, roughly 10 or so place settings, with creamer and sugar thing; (4)- Pacific Company, hand painted grape china set, approximately 15 place settings.
• hundreds of silver plate items. 
• many ceramic items, including bunnykins, antique Irish bowls, vintage German beer steins, a vintage spongeware pitcher. 
• Antique bronze tea set. 
• Multiple glass decanters and other vintage/ornate glass items. A few crystal.  
• Miscellaneous kitchen items. 

Additional items:

• Art. Lots and lots of art. Buy it for the art. Buy it for the frames. All for sale. Miscellaneous prices but very reasonable. 
• Books, books, and more books. Vintage books, history books, music books, other books!!! Most $1 per book unless particularly valuable. Then priced individually, but still priced to sell. Buy a bunch of books and get a discount. 
• Office supplies: tons and tons. Bring a bag, fill a bag, $10. Huge deal. 
• Tools. Lots of tools remaining, though a bunch are selling. old tools, new tools, really, really vintage tools! $3 each. 
• Christmas ornaments and decor: Lots and lots. Some vintage. Some 80s. Some new. All must go!!!!
• Clothing, linens, towels. All free. 
• Minor electronics: Sonos sound bar ($20); verizon modem ($20); wifi extenders ($10 each); 5 or 6 set cordless phones for whole house network ($10 for the set). 
• Vintage Olivetti Typewriter with case ($100). (I think someone may have taken this but did not pay?)
• 4-burner, propane grill (Char Broil, $150). Includes 2 propane tanks and a propane tank gauge. 
• Innova massaging inversion table. Basically brand new. Helped me a lot. Doesn't fit in new place. $50
• Small firepit with grill function. Already filed with sand. Ready to go. Set of excellent smores holders included for free. ($50)
• Charcoal Grill ($20)
• Schwinn Aerodyne Bicycle ($300)SOLD/Donated to low income sports program.
• 5 white, Mayne planter boxes. Very large. three 4' long, two 5' long. $20 each or bundle for $80. 
• Stuff: stuff, stuff, stuff and more stuff. Lots of vintage stuff! A few modern items! Everything going for great prices! Come check it out!!!

Vintage toys:

• GI Joes:
  • ~ 40-50 vintage action figures. Recently put back together with new O rings. most in good condition. Not in boxes and were played with although some have boxes. ($12 each or $400 for the set. Set includes a lot of miscellaneous accessories--backpacks, weapons, etc.)
  • Cobra command center, assembled but in poor condition.
  • Box with G. I. Joe Headquarters center but not sure if all parts are inside.  
  • SLAM (Strategic Long Range Artillery Machine) in box with all original parts. Never opened. 
  • Multiple additional GI Joe vehicles. Largely not in good condition. 
• Star Wars (most boxes not in great condition):
  • Jawa sandcrawler with box in good condition. 
  • AT-AT with box.
  • Millenium Falcon with box.
  • Death star station with box.
  • TaunTaun with box.
  • Ewok Village with box.
