• We respect, value and invite dealers to our sales. For tax-free purchases, dealers must present a valid resale certificate. Even if we know you, we need this information for our records. No certificate means that you must pay tax. Thank you for your understanding.
• No shopping bags, or large totes/purses please.
ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER PETS/DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
• All items are sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS. All sales are FINAL. All items are sold without expressed or implied warranty. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds. No Exceptions. Please test electronics prior to purchase.
• Please bring help to remove your purchases. We cannot help you move or carry items to your car. Independent movers may visit our sales seeking work. Use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for their services.

There are fine antiques throughout the home including original oil paintings, many fine persian rugs, signed dollhouse furniture, antique Tiffany Studios and Steuben art glass, many pieces of fishnet Herend, gorgeous antique furniture, cut to clear glass lamps, Fine and Costume Jewelry, Villeroy Boch China, a nice paperweight collection, many very cool pieces.
