Welcome! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our terms and conditions.
1. All Sales are Final
"As-Is, Where-Is": All items are sold in their current condition with no guarantees, warranties, or refunds.
Inspection: Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting items for defects or authenticity prior to purchase. Once an item leaves, the sale is final.
2. Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
Credit Cards are accepted with a 3% convenience fee.
Sales tax will be applied where applicable.
3. Packing & Loading (The "DIY" Rule)
No Loading Assistance: Our staff is not authorized to assist with moving, lifting, or loading items. Please bring your own muscle.
Supplies: Buyers must bring their own tools, boxes, and packing materials (bubble wrap, paper, etc.).
Removal: All items must be removed from the premises immediately upon purchase unless arrangements are made for a later pickup.
4. Moving & Shipping
Delivery: We do not offer delivery or moving services.
Third-Party: For large furniture, we recommend coordinating with uShip or U-Haul Movers.
Shipping: Limited shipping for small items may be available at the buyer’s expense. Please inquire with staff for a quote.
5. Security & Personal Bags
Bag Policy: To ensure a secure environment, no outside bags or purses are allowed inside the sale.
Please secure your valuables and large bags in your vehicle before entering.
6. Parking & Neighborhood Etiquette
Please park legally and safely. Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or mailboxes.
The driveway is reserved strictly for the active loading of large furniture items.
7. Liability Waiver
Enter at Your Own Risk: The seller and homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring on the premises.
By attending this sale, you assume all risks associated with entry and item removal.

• No holds – all items are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Furniture must be picked up as soon as possible the day of the sale
• Please bring help to load and move your items
• Street parking is available – please do not block any neighbors’ driveways
