A Russian Flair in Arlington Condo Online Auction

Pick Up Time:  10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 12th only. 

PLEASE NOTE: The contents of this auction are located in a condo building on the 5th floor. Use of an elevator is the primary access point so patience will be required. A hand truck or cart is highly recommended to make your pick-up easier. 

Additionally, access to the building is only via onsite building and/ or ezDownsizing staff so please check in with a staff member before entering the building. 

Parking is limited. 

We ask you please schedule a pick-up time to avoid wait times.  You may schedule a pickup by going into My Account > Invoices > Schedule Pickup Appointment. 

Shipping is available only for items smaller items that will fit into a USPS flat rate shipping box.  There is a minimum $15.00 handling fee per box, plus actual shipping charges. 

Terms of this Sale:

1. All purchased items must be removed unless otherwise noted in the lot description. 

2. All items unsold remain the property of the Seller.

3. Bring adequate, able-bodied help to remove furniture from the home. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your purchase without refund.

4. Everything in this sale is located in a condo on the 5th Floor. Access will be provided by onsite staff. 

5. Bring bags, boxes, and packing materials for fragile and multiple item lots.

6. All items not retrieved and REMOVED from the property by 1:00 p.m. on December 12th, are considered abandoned and will not qualify for refunds or alternate pick-ups. Additionally, bidder will be subject to a disposal / removal fee of not less than $25.00.

PLEASE NOTE: Items are no longer being brought back to the Markey Warehouse.
