PICK UP PROCEDURE!!
Pick up is at our 2401 Blackberry Road Bassett location. Please read the full terms on the auction site.
Pick up will be Tuesday July 28th 12-8 ONLY at our 2401 Blackberry Road BASSETT location.
PREVIEW is July 21st 9-4pm.
We attempt to point out any flaws we may see but are not experts on any item and we may miss condition issues. We recommend viewing the items at our open house so you can verify the condition of the items. Please read the description and view the pictures as it will tell of any condition issues we know of.
Please be sure to pick up your items during the set pick up dates or make other arrangements with us. Items not picked up on the pick up dates will be charged to the card used at registration (even if alternate pick up arrangements have been made) and will have 7 days to be picked up or payment and the item will be forfeited unless other arrangements are made. Any order not picked up on the pick up day will be charged a $5 fee.
Please bring help to load if you buy large items & Packing materials if you buy fragile items.
Cash, check, or credit cards (3% fee) accepted at checkout. Sales tax will be charged unless you bring your VA reseller sales tax information.
CREDIT CARD HOLD: When you register there will be a $20 hold (like at a gas station) to verify your card has sufficient funds. This will come off usually in a day or 2.
SHIPPING: we will ship small items but NO GLASS. There will be a $5 handling fee for up to 5 lots, over 5 lots will be an additional $2 per lot. Large items over 20 pounds will not be shipped.
A 10% Buyers Premium is charged for all purchases. Example= Your total items come to $100 your total cost will be $110 plus tax ($100 items, $10 Premium).
Your bid is a legal contract. Please bid accordingly. No bids will be removed unless there is an error on our part.

The auction ends with a soft close. Items will end 4 per minute but they will extend by 1 minute if there is a bid in the last 60 seconds.
We reserve the right to resolve technical difficulties by extending auction times or other actions as needed.
The staff and employees of Cock & Bull Auctions are permitted to bid on our auctions.
ALL ITEMS SOLD WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
