Drop off times of consignments FOR THIS AUCTION ONLY at the Clarke County Fairgrounds will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (April 28-30th) from 9 am to 7 pm

Additional Photos will be posted the week of auction as items are brought in and set up

Seller's Terms: Anything that brings $499.00 and below will be charged 20% commission

Anything that brings $500.00 and up will be charged 10% commission

Buyers Terms: 10% buyers premium on all items $3,000 and less per item. Items that bring $3,001 and up will be a flat fee of $300.00 buyers premium per item. Grounds open at 7:00 am day of auction. ID needed for bidders number. Cash or Good check, out of state checks with pre- approval. The use of a debt or credit card will add 5% . Nothing removed until paid in full day of auction. All sales subject to Virginia state sales tax of 5.3%. Tax except numbers must be on hand day of auction. Not responsible for accident of any kind.

*Loader will be available for loading and unloading of merchandise.*
