We are not responsible for accidents or any injury as the grounds are potentially hazardous. By entering the property you are doing so at your own risk. Please use care on steps, while walking the grounds, and in the home.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Cash preferred and Credit / Debit Cards accepted with additional fee NO CHECKS. Parking is available on the street and in court. Please only use the driveway for loading etc. Property is currently occupied until the day of the sale. Numbers will be handed out at 9:30a if needed.
Pay only the staff at the clearly marked payment table. Receipts can be given for all purchased items.

We are running this sale for a second weekend with steep discounts in an effort to clear the remaining items out of the property. We are motivated. I will be adding photos throughout the day to show what is left as we have already run the sale last weekend. Still plenty to buy! This is a gated community and you will need to inform the gate guard that you are there for the estate sale.
This shore view estate is full of unique treasures and provides a mix spanning from the modern to the antiques and, primitives. There is absolutely something for everyone and the property itself is something to behold.
High end furniture brands that include, Ralph Lauren, Drexel Heritage, and more! Plenty of decor items, collectibles, antiques, art, and lighting are also included. The pictures show a representation of what to expect and don't show everything! More to see when you are on site and we will make sure you don't leave empty handed!
There are so many treasures to be seen you have to come out in person to see it for yourself! Loaded with everything you can think of and sure to please.
