Terms of Sale: Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local Checks accepted with Driver's License-we reserve the right to refuse any check and to take a photocopy of your Driver's License.
We will allow the first 25 folks into the Sale at the 9:00 AM start time of the Sale. After the first 25 are admitted, we will allow others in as space permits. We want to make the Shopping Experience comfortable and safe for all attendees.
Please Do NOT block mailboxes or driveways. The driveway in front of the garage is reserved for Pick-ups only. Plenty of parking in the circular driveway or in the grass.
Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements.
Please no large bags or backpacks allowed at the Sale. We will provide a Sold Table for you to hold your bags and to collect your items that you intend to purchase.
