Please bring help with the loading of furniture and other large items.
We try to have boxes and packing materials available, but please bring your own if you're an enthusiastic shopper! Ours are limited.
We do prosecute shoplifters and have security on site.
Attendees are expected to treat others respectfully while in line and inside the sale site.
Attendees who do not conduct themselves appropriately may be banned from future sales. This includes making a mess of the items staged during the sale.
Activity on sale sites previous or prior to the sale will be considered trespassing.
Legacy Estate Liquidations, owners, and the property owners are not responsible for accidents on the premises. Loading items and strapping down for travel is solely the responsibility of the customer/buyer.
Sales tax and credit card convenience fees are added to the sales price.
Dealers, please have your CURRENT AND DATED Tax-exempt sheet available. We do not take the number from memory or hand written on a business card. Thank you for understanding.
All items are sold and purchased "as is" with no guarantees, no returns, no exceptions.
Please dress appropriate for the sale. We are not responsible for falling tripping or being hurt on the property.

Some people spend the weekend mowing the yard. Others leave with a truckload of bargains.
This weekend, Steven’s Warehouse Liquidation is back.
Business in the front. Party in the back.
Everything in the warehouse is $5 or less (excluding select furniture), and Steven will be adding more inventory throughout the weekend. The more room that’s made… the more gets rolled out.
If you’re a reseller, flea market vendor, or just love a good deal, bring a few totes. You’ll probably need them. Packing supplies are limited.
Early bird gets the $1 tote. 😆
While you’re here, don’t skip the storefront. We’ve been putting out fresh furniture, collectibles, glassware, artwork, jewelry, and Christmas in July all week. Later in the weekend Pokémon cards, coins, and vinyl records will be hitting the sales floor.
You’ll also find discounts on select furniture and featured pieces throughout the store.
See something you love make an offer? Ask Steve. The worst you’ll hear is “no”… and honestly, that doesn’t happen very often. You all have become pretty good at making fair offers, and I appreciate that.
Come shop, dig around, make a pile, and have some fun.
