Please bring help with the loading of furniture and other large items.
We try to have boxes and packing materials available, but please bring your own if you're an enthusiastic shopper! Ours are limited.
We do prosecute shoplifters and have security on site.
Attendees are expected to treat others respectfully while in line and inside the sale site.
Attendees who do not conduct themselves appropriately may be banned from future sales. This includes making a mess of the items staged during the sale.
Activity on sale sites previous or prior to the sale will be considered trespassing.
Legacy Estate Liquidations, owners, and the property owners are not responsible for accidents on the premises. Loading items and strapping down for travel is solely the responsibility of the customer/buyer.
Sales tax and credit card convenience fees are added to the sales price.
Dealers, please have your CURRENT AND DATED Tax-exempt sheet available. We do not take the number from memory or hand written on a business card. Thank you for understanding.
All items are sold and purchased "as is" with no guarantees, no returns, no exceptions.
Please dress appropriate for the sale. We are not responsible for falling tripping or being hurt on the property.

Alright, I may have gotten a little carried away this week. SO BRING 💵 CASH 💵
The 🚨 WAREHOUSE SALE 🚨 is back this weekend, and if you like digging through stuff and finding things you weren’t looking for five minutes earlier, this one is for you.
I’ve got everything from Crescent wrenches 🔧 to retired FULL-SIZE traffic lights 🚦 back there — and somehow that sentence pretty accurately describes the variety. 😂
I’ll be adding more to the warehouse all weekend as space opens up. The goal is simple: 💨 clear it 🪞 out. That means there are going to be some damn good buys back there. If you’re a reseller, collector, picker, decorator or just somebody who enjoys the hunt, come early and make a pile.
Quick ⚠️ WARNING⚠️ though: if you’re the customer who breaks out in a cold sweat when something doesn’t have a price sticker on it… this may not be your weekend. 😂 Hundreds of pieces hit the floor in less than 10 hours. I can either price everything before you get here sometime next Tuesday, or open the doors tomorrow and let ’er rip. So I’ll be slinging prices, slapping stickers and making deals all weekend. See something without a price? Grab it and ask me. We’ll figure it out.
And the storefront isn’t taking the weekend off either.
Halloween 👻 has officially taken over a LARGE section of the store. I just put out everything from cool thrifted Halloween décor to full-size inflatables to an entire shelf of Spooky Town collectible houses. 🎃
Throughout the rest of the store I’ve marked down carved crystals, toys, video games, furniture, vinyl records, glassware, Christmas décor and more.
I’m also putting some final-price, BUY-IT-NOW numbers on artwork, home décor, large crystals, sterling silver, coins, cards, knives, challenge coins, furniture and other pieces that have been hanging around long enough.
See it. Like it. Buy it. Because when it’s gone, it’s gone.
New inventory will continue hitting both the storefront and warehouse throughout the weekend, so what’s here Friday morning won’t necessarily be everything that’s here Saturday afternoon.
