Hello, New Day customers! Please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions below:

SIGN IN SHEET:
- An hour before the sale starts, a sign-in sheet will be placed outside by the front entrance door.
- Order of names will be first-come, first-served and will be announced in the order written on the sign-in sheet once the sale opens.
- Phone numbers can be added to the sign-in sheet to enroll in our VIP text program.

PARKING:
- Street parking is available.
- Please refrain from blocking driveways and mailboxes.

LIABILITY: Patrons assume all risk of injury or damage while on the premises. New Day Estate Sales and its clients are not liable.

HOLDING ITEMS:
- “Hold” stickers will be provided; our staff will write your name on the sticker and place it on the item you wish to hold.
- Items will be held for up to 30 minutes. Once the 30 minutes have ended, items will be placed back into the sale inventory.
- It is highly recommended that you purchase your items, take them to your vehicle, and return to continue shopping.

DISCOUNTS:
- First day, items are priced as marked.
- Items priced at $1 or less are not included in the discount.
- Discounts will be updated online and via our email + text updates after each sale day.

PAYMENT/FEES:
- Cash and cards accepted.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. Items broken by patrons must be purchased.
- Pricing information will not be given out prior to the sale.
- Everything is sold as-is and all sales are final.
- 6% sales tax is added to every purchase

HEAVY/LARGE ITEMS AND FURNITURE:
- Please bring help/tools to disassemble and load large/heavy items into your vehicle.
- Moving assistance or help disassembling items is not offered by our team.
- We are not responsible for any accidents.
- Please notify a team member before parking in the driveway to load your items.
