ESTATE SALE PROTOCOL:
* ALL SALES WILL BE CASH ONLY.
* WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
* NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT STARTING AT 8:30AM ON THURSDAY.
* ONCE THE SALE BEGINS WE WILL BE LETTING THE FIRST 15 PEOPLE WITH THOSE NUMBERS IN. AFTER THAT WE WILL ADMIT ONE PERSON AS ONE LEAVES.
* WE DO NOT ALLOW SOLD STICKERS, OTHER THAN OUR OWN. IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE AN ITEM, ASK ONE OF OUR ASSOCIATES FOR A SOLD STICKER. YOU ARE THEN OBLIGATED TO PURCHASE THAT ITEM. DO NOT HOLD ITEMS AND THEN "DECIDE" LATER TO "GO THROUGH" THOSE ITEMS TO DECIDE IF YOU PLAN TO PURCHASE THEM. YOU HAVE TAKEN THEM OUT OF THE SALE WHEN YOU SET THEM BACK AND COULD CAUSE AN ITEM TO MISS A SALE IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO BUY.
* BE SURE TO EXAMINE ALL ITEMS CLOSELY AND CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THEM. NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS", "WHERE IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS" AT ITS TIME OF SALE. REMEMBER NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO EXCEPTIONS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ELECTRONIC ITEMS ARE IN WORKING ORDER. PLEASE TEST THEM IN ADVANCE OF PURCHASING THE ITEM. * BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS THAT YOU PURCHASE
* THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE EGRESS AND EXITING THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR.
* PARTS OF THE HOUSE WILL BE CLOSED OFF AND HOLD NO SALE ITEMS (UPSTAIRS & BATHROOM).
* THERE WILL BE A PORTA POTTY OUTSIDE.
* ALL HELD ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL, AND WE WILL HOLD UNTIL SATURDAY, SEPT. 29 AT 5:00 PM OR THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.
* WE WILL HAVE SOME BOXES/BAGS FOR PACKING ON THE FIRST DAY, BUT BRING YOURS IN CASE WE RUN OUT.
* ITEMS THAT ARE NOT MARKED WILL BE PRICED AT CHECKOUT.
* LAST ENTRY INTO SALE WILL BE 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING.
