We do not allow bulky items to be removed during the course of the sale. All large items will be marked with "sold" sign and must be picked up at the end of the day.

MOVING ASSISTANCE MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR EXTRA CHARGE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MOVE ITEMS YOURSELVES.

We accept bids on any item over $200.00. All bids will be opened at the end of the last day of the sale. Bids must be a minimum of 1/2 of the marked price to be accepted. All winning bidders will be called after the end of the sale and will be expected to pay for and pick-up item at that time.

Parking in front of house - one way entry and one way exit. Also on street parking available. Please respect the neighbors and DO NOT PARK in front of their driveways.
