BUYER MUST NOTIFY PEOPLES AUCTION COMPANY OF SHIPPING PLANS PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL DATE SARALYN@PEOPLESAUCTIONCOMPANY.COM. SHIPPER WILL PICKUP ITEMS ON THE REMOVAL DATE AND CONTACT BUYERS REGARDING PRICING.
IMPORTANT NOTE: AUCTION COMPANY WILL NOT BRING ITEMS BACK TO OUR FACILITY FOR BUYERS.
Auctioneer License Information: VAF #527 NCF #83661. Bidders must register in advance with a credit card. Peoples Auction Company will hold $1.00 on the credit card until the auction closes.
2. There is a 15% buyers premium added to the final bid price of each item.
3. All items must be paid for in full the day of the auction. The credit card on file will be charged at the conclusion of the online auction and a paid invoice will be emailed to the email address on file.
4. All items must be removed on the specified removal date(s) and times.
5. All vehicles will not be sold with title unless stated otherwise. Buyers will not pay tax on titled items. All untitled items will incur 6% Virginia sales tax.

Shipping is Available for Firearms at the expense of the buyer. all buyers are fully responsible for understanding State and Federal Law requirements for purchasing firearms prior to bidding. There is a 15% Buyers Premium For This Auction. Items Close at a Rate of 4 Items Every 2 Minutes in Catalog Order Beginning at 7:00pm. Shipping Available! SHIPPING CUSTOMERS!! THE SHIPPER WILL BE PICKING UP ITEMS AT 11AM ON REMOVAL DAY. Shipping Customers must reply to your invoice before the removal date and state "I RELEASE MY ITEMS FOR SHIPMENT." Invoices over $500 will require a copy of the account holders drivers license and credit card used for purchase.
