All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

2. Payment

Cash Only.

Please bring small bills. We may have limited ability to make change.

3. First Come, First Served

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We do not hold items without full payment.

4. Item Removal

Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases.

Please bring your own help, tools, and transportation for large items.

Large items must be removed within the timeframe provided at checkout.

Staff may not be available to assist with moving items.

Vizcaya Liquidation Services is not responsible for damage or injury during item removal.

5. Enter at Your Own Risk

Customers enter the property at their own risk.

Vizcaya Liquidation Services and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage while on the premises.

Uneven surfaces

Fragile items

Tight spaces

6. Item Availability

Items pictured or advertised may not be available at the time of the sale.

7. Pricing & Discounts

Prices are set by Vizcaya Liquidation Services.
Discounts may be offered at our discretion depending on the day of the sale and remaining inventory.

8. Breakage Policy

Customers are responsible for items they break or damage.

9. Security

Shoplifting will not be tolerated and may be prosecuted.

10. Respect the Property

Please respect the home, the neighbors, and other shoppers.

Children must remain with adults at all times.

11. Line Management

If a line forms before opening, customers must maintain an orderly queue. Entry may be limited to maintain a safe shopping environment.
