All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. By participating in this estate sale, all buyers agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods, Check accepted with prior approval at discretion of Management.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
A valid ID may be required for large purchases or card transactions.
Sales Final
All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for any reason.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
Item Condition
Many items are used, vintage, or antique and may show normal wear, imperfections, or signs of age.
Descriptions and pricing are provided to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed.
Electronics, appliances, and mechanical items are not guaranteed to function after purchase.
Holding Items
Items may only be held if fully paid for unless otherwise approved by management.
Unclaimed items left beyond the agreed pickup time may be resold without refund.
Pickup & Removal
Buyers are responsible for loading, moving, and transporting purchased items.
Please bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and vehicles for large purchases.
Staff may be unable to assist with lifting or moving heavy items.
Purchased items must be removed by the designated pickup deadline.
Entry & Safety
Enter the property at your own risk.
The estate sale company and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damages occurring on the premises.
Children must remain supervised at all times.
No large bags, backpacks, or purses may be permitted inside.
Pricing & Discounts
Prices are subject to change throughout the sale.
Discount schedules, if offered, are determined solely by the estate sale company.
Staff reserves the right to refuse offers or negotiate pricing at their discretion.
Security
Security cameras may be in use.
Shoplifting or item tampering will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property or law enforcement involvement.
Respect for Property
Please respect the home and property.
Do not enter restricted areas marked “No Entry” or “Private.”
Food, drinks, and smoking are prohibited inside the home.
Right to Refuse Service
The estate sale company reserves the right to refuse service or deny entry to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
