All items sold as is. Cash and approved checks accepted. Credit cards are not accepted. Purchaser responsible for moving and loading large items, so bring help. Driveway is reserved for loading items, so please park on the street. Enter sale from the door in the carport. There are stairs between the 2 levels of the home, so please use caution when using the stairs. Watch your step and use the hand rails. Sellers and persons helping with with the sale are not responsible for accidents.
