PAYMENT: Cash Preferred; PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp will be accepted (3% fee will be applied to total sale); no personal checks will be accepted.
PARKING: park along the length of the driveway, do NOT block driveway.
No pre-sale will take place. Items will NOT be held overnight; please being help to load large and heavy furniture. Tools will not be available to dismantle furniture, please plan accordingly. Please no oversized bags or backpacks, do bring your own packing materials for delicate items.
Please inspect items before purchasing: all items are sold As-Is and all sales are final. NO REFUNDS. Reasonable offers will be considered on Sunday.
