17% buyers premium for credit cards. 14% buyers premium with cash or check payment. If you are tax exempt you MUST bring a copy of your number with you.

This property has been home to many generations of the same family. Buildings on the property have housed a metal wheel tractor repair, general store, church and post office.

Bring chairs to sit and have fun! Plenty of parking on side streets, behind the church and field
Please do not park in the driveway. If you have a personal mobility issue or someone in your party does, you may drop them off closer before parking.
All items should be removed by the end of the day. There is no reserve and all items WILL be sold. All items are AS IS where is, please make sure you inspect before you buy!
We accept cash, check and all types of CC's. 17% buyers premium on CC's, 14% on cash and check. Sales tax is charged unless you supply a valid tax exempt number
