Pick Up Time: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. FRIDAY, April 10th only.

We ask you please schedule a pick-up time to avoid wait times. You may schedule a pickup by going into My Account > Invoices > Schedule Pickup Appointment.

Shipping is available only for items smaller items that will fit into a USPS flat rate shipping box. There is a minimum $15.00 handling fee per box, plus actual shipping charges.

Terms of this Sale:

1. All purchased items must be removed unless otherwise noted in the lot description.

2. All items unsold remain the property of the Seller.

3. Bring adequate, able-bodied help to remove furniture from the home. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your purchase without refund.

4. All items in this sale are located on three levels including a basement and a garage. The Basement has a nice exit with no stairs and a path to the driveway.

5. Bring bags, boxes, and packing materials for fragile and multiple item lots.

6. All items not retrieved and REMOVED from the property by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10th, are considered abandoned and will not qualify for refunds or alternate pick-ups. Additionally, bidder will be subject to a disposal / removal fee of not less than $25.00.
