We have something a little bit different this time! 60 year home of a musician who was an avid saver/collector and a housewife who loved her pretty things!  Upstairs is mostly a traditional estate sale and the downstairs and the large free standing shed will be a hybrid between traditional sale (where things are priced) and a picker sale where things will be priced in place, due to the STAGGERING VOLUME of Albums, 78’s, sheet music, recording equipment, and instruments.  Highlights include:
