• Numbers will be handed out to those in line at 9:30 the morning of the sale. Entrance only permitted by staff initiated number system.
• No bags except small purses. This event will be monitored.
• Bags and paper wrapping material will be available.

Implied terms of this estate sale are:
• All Sales are Final!! No returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted.
• All items are sold "as is" and "where is."
• Please inspect the items you wish to purchase.
• There are no guarantees or warranties.
• You break it, you buy it at price marked.
• Not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness in or on the property
• Staff will not be available to assist you in removing your purchase.
• Please make arrangements to remove large items by Sunday July 28th at 4 pm. Buyer is responsible for managing and insuring the safe removal of their purchase.
