Some sales are held off-site at the Washington Newstar Building of 50 in Fairfax -- Lower Level Events Room. Why in an office building? Because not all of our clients want to hold sales in their homes; there are HOA restrictions; they want to sell less than 50 items; or the house has already sold.
We gather all of the items and sell in one event space. Yes, it's a little different but we do whatever it takes to help you downsize, rightsize, declutter and sell your items.
We accept cash, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. Credit card purchases under $50 will be charged a $2.95 processing fee.
No returns. No exchanges. All sales are final. Boxes, shopping bags, and some wrapping/newspaper will be supplied for your convenience.
Please bring help to load large items. Delivery is available at an additional charge.
If you see an item you want to purchase before the sale, give us a call with your credit card number and we will hold the item or deliver it to you for an additional fee.
