DCES does not use sign up sheets to attend or arrange placement in line. We want all of you to buy and enjoy the sale.
Due to the nature of estate sales, we do not issue refunds; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items prior to purchasing.
It is the buyer's responsibility to bring any tools, and help, to disassemble and load large items. Arrangements can be made with an independent mover, if needed.
When attending any of our estate sales, customers agree to enter at their own risk. Dixie Charm Estate Sales is not responsible for any accidents or injuries as a result of those attending any of our sales.

There is no Sign Up Sheet. 1st in line has acesss to home Saturday Morning
No purses or bags allowed. House is under Surveliance/Security System
Bring own boxes and wraping paper will not have enough wit such a large collection
Bring help to move any items from the Sale. All items must Be removed NLT than Sunday at end of sale
80 year life long collection, owner served in WW2 Air-force . Collection after collections room by one and collections range from toys to figures. Art tools & furniture.
3000 Sf Ft home packed wall to wall . Albums, Vinyl Records, Precious Moment Figurines, MCM Glassware, Corningware, Silver, Crystal, Holiday Decor,Kitchen Items, Garage Tools.
