Fairfax Treasures: Estate Sale of Lovely Home in Fairfax VA

By attending and purchasing items at our estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final
• All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” without warranties, expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once the sale is complete.
2. Payment Methods
• We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo and debit cards as payment. All payments must be completed before removing items from the property.
• A minimum purchase amount may apply for card transactions. Checks are not accepted unless pre-approved by management.
3. No Early Entry
• Doors will open at the advertised start time. Early entries are not allowed, and we do not hold places in line or take reservations for items before the sale.
4. First Come, First Served
• Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No items will be held or reserved during the sale unless a deposit is placed.
5. Pricing
• All prices are non-negotiable on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be applied at the discretion of the company on subsequent days of the sale.
6. Item Condition and Description
• Descriptions and condition of items are based on our best knowledge and opinion. However, buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchasing.
7. Loading and Removal of Items
• Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchased items on the same day as the sale unless other arrangements are made with the company.
• Buyers must provide their own packing materials, moving equipment, and labor for large items. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while moving items.
8. Security and Liability
• For safety and security purposes, all bags, backpacks, and large purses may be subject to inspection upon entering and exiting the premises.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons or property during the estate sale.
9. No Pets or Children
• For safety reasons, pets and small children are not permitted on the property during the sale unless pre-approved by management.
10. Conduct
• Attendees must behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to fighting over items or disregarding company rules, will result in removal from the property.
11. Holding Items
• We may offer to hold items for a limited time while buyers continue shopping. However, this is done at the buyer’s own risk, and we will not be responsible for any misplaced or taken items.
12. Privacy Policy
• We respect the privacy of our customers and do not share personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
13. Right to Refuse Service
• The estate sale company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
