Payments accepted: Cash, Check with Proper ID, and Charges over $50. All items are sold in "As Is/Where Is" condition. All Sales Are Final, No Refunds. Most prices are reduced the second day. No valuables are kept in the house. Please no strollers or unattended children. Sorry, no bathroom facilities. No expressed warranties or guarantees are offered with any item. Not responsible for any accidents. Please bring your own help/labor to move and transport large items.
We don't hand out entry numbers or offer any sign-up sheets for first day entrance. For safety and convenience, if need be, we may limit the number of people within the house at any given time. We are happy to answer questions via email, if time allows. However, we don't entertain early offers, and can't sell any items before the sale starts. Thanks.
