EPS Estate Sale in Fairfax

PLEASE BE PATIENT AS THIS IS THE FIRST SALE WE ARE HAVING SINCE SHUT DOWN FROM THE VIRUS.  BE NICE TO OUR STAFF AND OTHER CUSTOMERS WE ARE LIMITING HOW MANY PEOPLE WE LET IN AND EVERYBODY NEEDS TO WEAR A MASK NO EXCEPTIONS!

EPS WILL BE PRESELLING SOME OF THE COLLECTIBLE ITEMS IN OUR FAIRFAX ESTATE SALE TO MOVE ALONG THE PROCESS WHILE WE ARE STILL CLOSED.  LIKE AND FOLLOW OUR FACEBOOK PAGE TO SEE THE LISTINGS.  ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE PICKED UP IN LEESBURG.

IF ALL GOES WELL WE WILL HAVE OUR FIRST ESTATE SALE AND BE BACK IN BUSINESS ON MAY 15.  EVERYBODY AND WE MEAN EVERYBODY  THAT WANTS TO COME TO THIS ESTATE SALE MUST WEAR A MASK OR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN!!  WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING FIVE PEOPLE IN THE SALE AT A TIME AND ASK FOR EVERYBODY WAITING OUTSIDE THAT YOU STAND SIX FEET APART.  WE WILL ALLOW A SIGN UP SHEET FOR THIS SALE SO YOU DON'T STAND IN LINE! IF THE GOVERNOR CHANGES THE OPENING OF VIRGINIA THEN WE WILL ABIDE BY HIS DECISION. PLEASE CHECK BACK BEFORE GOING TO THE SALE TO MAKE SURE WE WILL BE OPEN.  THE CLIENT HAS ADDED A TON MORE FYI!

Please come out and find you treasures you can’t live without!  Our clients are still going through what they no longer need and what they want to keep some items may be removed and others may be added!
