NOTE:  This home has been vacant and unattended for several years during which time the basement flooded, and there was no climate control. The home and contents have been exposed to extreme heat, freezing cold, humidity, mold and mildew, along with rodent and insect infestation. Items may need to be cleaned to remove related soiling and odor.  

ITEM PICK-UP IS SUNDAY APRIL 2ND FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. ONLY.  NO OTHER TIME OR DAY IS AVAILABLE!  PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS DURING THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME.  ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.  

NOTE:  Parking for pickup at this location is limited to the driveway and the yard.  There is no on-street parking, temporary or otherwise.  We ask all individuals picking up their items to strickly adhere to the sign-up schedule.  There are business parking lots nearby where individuals may (at their own risk) park their vehicles and walk to the residence to retrieve their items.  

All winning bidders MUST schedule their pick-up time on the “Signup Genius” which will be available at the close of the auction. 

LOCATION: 3443 Charles St., Falls Church, VA 

Winning bidders are required to bring necessary boxes, packing materials, tools, equipment, and assistance to safely remove their items. Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup hours will be considered abandoned and subject to disposal fee.

Transport for alternate pickup.  You may request ezDownsizing staff, at their discretion and space permitting, relocate your item(s) to our warehouse facility in Sterling, VA for later pickup.  Minimum fee for transport is $15.00.  Transport fee must be coordinated and paid prior to items being removed.  ezDownsizing staff transporting items will act as your agent in the removal and transport of items.  ezDownsizing will not be held responsible for items lost, damaged or destroyed by your agent.  

All items must be removed no later than _______  p.m.   Please allow yourself plenty of time to have all items removed from the building by the pickup closing.  A service charge of $25.00 per quarter hour will be assessed for individuals requiring additional time beyond the posted closing times.

Items not picked up are subject to a disposal fee.  Items transported by ezDownsizing staff will incur a MINIMUM $15.00 handling fee. 

EXTENDED BIDDING: If a bid is placed in the last 2 minute(s) the auction will automatically extend for an additional 2 minute(s).

PAYMENT METHODS:  Payment will be made by processing your credit card on file immediately following the close of the auction. 

CARDS ACCEPTED:  VISA, MASTER CARD AND DISCOVER.

TAX EXEMPT: You MUST upload a valid copy of your tax exemption document on your registration profile for tax exemption prior to noon on the day the auction closes.
